Who are we?

Welcome to MyComfort24! We are a Belgian webshop that has been around for many years. With us, you will find online brands of underwear, nightwear, and socks. MyComfort24 is the renewed webshop of MyUnderwear24. This has been the largest Belgian webshop for branded underwear & bodywear for over 15 years.

Let us take you back in time…

  • In June 2010, Ilse and Toon, who had worked for Colruyt Group for many years, started a unique webshop with underwear & more, called MyUnderwear24. Thanks to an optimal range of underwear, nightwear, socks, and swimwear from top brands, the first orders quickly came in. Soon, the first underwear items were sent from the garage and the children's playroom to new customers.
  • In 2013, the garage, which had become too small, was exchanged for a rented house in the Pajottenland countryside. Karleen started as the first employee to assist customers and prepare orders.
  • However, Belgium was not yet entirely ready for true e-commerce, but Toon kept believing in it. In 2015, he sought and found a new partner in Colruyt Group to further develop MyUnderwear24. This participation aligned with the group's ambition to respond to consumer needs at all stages of life with appropriate store formats.
  • Belgian consumers gradually found their way to the internet for their purchases. In 2016, another move followed. This time to a rented house with a small warehouse. Too cold in winter and too hot in summer, but they continued full steam ahead. Carlos started as the first marketer. In the following years, Barbara, Jens, Valerie, and Veronique joined, and MyUnderwear24 grew into the largest Belgian webshop for underwear and more.
  • Another move became necessary. This time to a completely renovated building and warehouse on a Colruyt site. Dylan, Sarah, and Zaja came on board. This ensured that all customers could continue to enjoy optimal service. 
  • In the autumn of 2020, Collishop stopped selling non-food items through their webshop. MyUnderwear24, as part of Colruyt Group, took over the range of bed linen and bath textiles  from Collishop.
  • MyUnderwear24 then became MyComfort24, a name that better suited the new offering. The expansion of the product range, with new categories and a new brand name, naturally called for a fresh look. Two new colleagues - Kenny and Stéphanie - joined the team.
  • In October 2020, MyComfort24 launched a new webshop with an even wider range, where customers can shop online 24/7 in complete comfort.
  • With the baseline ‘Bed. Bath. Underwear. Always good.’ MyComfort24 became the online specialist in underwear, nightwear, homewear, swimwear, socks, tights, bed linen, and bath textiles.
  • In October 2024, employees of Ticom NV took over the MyComfort24 brand from the Colruyt Group and revitalized the webshop. Eand that with the same brands, values, and standards we have always stood for. Our focus is now solely on our core business, namely underwear. As before, we selected quality brands and articles that we fully support. We can now enthusiastically announce that our webshop will continue to exist and is making a new start thanks to some employees who seized this opportunity with both hands.

How can I log into my account?

If you have previously created a MyComfort24 account, you can easily log in by clicking on 'account' next to the shopping cart at the top of any page and then entering your email address.

Enter your email address again and you will receive a 6-digit code in your mailbox. This will give you direct access to all your MyComfort24 data.

In your account, you can easily adjust your personal settings, such as your address.

Forgot your password? No problem, it's easily fixed!

At the top of every page, you'll find the Account icon.

Under the Account section, you'll find a link 'Forgot password?'

Enter your email address here, and you will immediately receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your customer account password.

Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't receive this email immediately. For first-time use, it might end up in your promotions folder.

Exchanges or returns

Can I exchange an item?

If one or more items are not to your liking, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt.

The benefit of exchanging?

You can exchange your items for a credit voucher that is worth 10% more than your refund amount. This is an extra advantage for your next purchase. You will receive this credit voucher in your mailbox once your return item has been received at our warehouse.

How can I exchange an item?

Returns and exchanges are handled in the same way.

Via the platform https://mycomfort24.returnista.com/ you can immediately opt for an exchange for a different size. Please note: an exchange is only possible if you purchase the exact same item but in a different size.

TIP:

You can also exchange your items for a credit code that is worth 10% more than your return amount. This is an extra benefit for your next purchase. You will receive this credit code in your mailbox as soon as your returned item has been received in our warehouse.

Can I return my item?

If one or more items are not to your liking, you can request your return within 14 days of receipt.*

To return (part of) an order, follow these steps. This way, you can be sure that everything goes smoothly and to your satisfaction.

  • Request your return label online via https://mycomfort24.returnista.com/. You can do this up to 14 days after receiving your order. The return cost for returning your items is €5.95.
    • How do you proceed? Enter your postcode and order number via https://mycomfort24.returnista.com/ and you will see your ordered item(s). Indicate which item(s) you want to return and for what reason.
    • Now you can print the return label. You will also receive this return label by email.

No printer? You can have the barcode of the return label scanned from your smartphone at a shipping point, and they will print the label for you.

  • Pack your item(s) in sturdy shipping packaging. Attach the return label to the parcel and take it to a shipping point. You must hand over the parcel to the shipping point within 14 days of your return request.
  • Upon receipt of your return package, we will check the returned item* and refund the amount within 14 days at the latest. You will receive an email confirmation on the day of the refund, so you can easily track it. The refund will be made using the payment method used to pay for the order.

TIP: You can also return your items for a credit code worth 10% more than your refund amount. This is an extra benefit for your next purchase. You will receive this credit code in your mailbox once your returned item has been received in our warehouse.

Shipping and Delivery

Are deliveries free?

For all orders with a delivery address in Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery is free if the order value is €60 or more. For orders with a value less than €60, we charge a shipping fee of €5.95 for Bpost or €3.95 for Mondial Relay.

Please note: Our digital gift vouchers are not included in the minimum order value of €60 for free shipping.

For all orders with a delivery address in all other EU countries, delivery is free if the order value is €100 or more. For orders with a value less than €100, we charge the following shipping costs:

  • France: €10.95 shipping cost
  • Germany: €10.95 shipping cost
  • Luxembourg: €10.95 shipping cost
How quickly will I receive my order?

Since we ship from our warehouse in Belgium and you can only order items that we have in stock, we ship very quickly.

Orders placed and paid for between Monday and Friday before 2 PM (excluding public holidays) will be shipped within 2 working days.

After shipment, you will receive a tracking code to track your package. Actual delivery will be handled by the chosen carrier.

Will I receive a confirmation of my shipment?
As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will start working for you. As soon as your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email of the shipment with all the details of your order, the delivery address and a tracking code. This way you know everything about the delivery of your order.
Can I track the delivery of my order?

With the tracking code that you can find in the shipping confirmation email or via your account, you can check on the carrier's website where your package is and at what stage of shipping it is. This way, you know when to expect your order at the chosen delivery address.

Which delivery options can I choose from?

For deliveries in Belgium, you can choose from the following shipping methods during the ordering process: 

  • Home delivery: the postman delivers your package at home, at work, or at another address of your choice. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a notification of absence in your mailbox. You can then choose to pick up your package at the collection point mentioned on the notification. If you wish, you can use the Bpost app, under 'My Preferences', to indicate where the postman can leave your package in your absence. 
  • Collection points and lockers: during checkout, you can also choose one of the 5 closest Bpost or Mondial Relay collection points in your area. Once you enter your postcode, a list of the 6 available points will automatically appear. Choose your post office, your newsagent, or your parcel locker to comfortably pick up your underwear order when it suits you best.

With all these shipping methods, you can track your package online via the link with the tracking code mentioned in the shipping confirmation email we send you.

Deliveries to EU countries other than Belgium or the Netherlands are handled by Bpost's and PostNL's international partners. In that case, you can have it delivered at home, at work, or at another address of your choice. You can track the shipment with the tracking number you receive in the shipping confirmation email. The handling follows the procedures of the local partner.

 


Can I choose delivery to a physical store?

Unfortunately, delivery of your package to a physical store is not possible. We are a pure webshop and do not have any physical stores.

We work with Bpost for the shipment of our parcels. You can choose between home delivery or a collection point.

  • Home delivery : the postman will deliver your parcel to your home, work or another address of your choice. If no one is present at the time of delivery, the postman will leave an absence notice in your letterbox. You can then choose to collect your parcel from a collection point stated on the absence notice or you can ask to present the shipment a second time. If you wish, you can indicate where the postman can leave your parcel in case of absence via the Bpost website under My Preferences.
  • Pick up points : you can also choose one of the following at checkout 6 nearest Bpost collection points in your area. Once you enter your postcode, the list with the 6 points of your choice will automatically appear. Choose your post office, your newsagent or your parcel machine to pick up your underwear order in all comfort when it suits you best.

All payments are processed via Shopify's secure payment platform. Shopify complies with strict international security standards for online payments.

Thanks to the SSL certificate, your data at MyComfort24 is well secured. This keeps your data confidential and unreadable by third parties. You recognize this secure connection during checkout by https:// and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive confirmation of the secure payment. This usually only takes a few seconds.

Can I buy a gift card?

You can buy a gift voucher of various values in our webshop. We currently have these values available:

  • 10 euros
  • 25 euros
  • 50 euros
  • 75 euros
  • 100 euros

If you buy a gift voucher, it will be sent by email.

To make the most of your gift voucher, we have listed some important points for you:

  • You can spend the balance of your gift voucher in different parts, as long as there is still credit on the voucher.
  • Gift vouchers can be combined with discount codes.
  • You can use multiple gift vouchers for one order.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of other gift vouchers.
  • Do you want to give a gift voucher as a present? It is possible to send the voucher to another recipient via email. You can easily set this up when placing your order.

    Easy ordering

    How do I place an order?

    When building our webshop, we aimed to make it easy and intuitive for you to search, select, and pay for an item. To place your order, you go through the following steps:

    Step 1: You search for an item via the menu at the top, the filter to the left of the product catalog, or via our internal search function at the top of every page.

    Step 2: You click on an item of your choice on the catalog page, select your size on the product detail page, select the quantity you wish to order, and click the 'Add to cart' button. Your selection is immediately added to the shopping cart. You will also see this appear at the top right of the page.

    Step 3: As soon as you have added all the items you wish to order, go to your shopping cart via the 'Shopping cart' button at the top right of each page. Here you can review your order and enter any promotional code you received via our newsletter.

    Step 4: Now click the 'Proceed to checkout' button, fill in your details, choose a delivery and payment method and click 'Place order'.

    Step 5: Via Shopify's payment page, you can now securely complete your payment.

    So very smooth and easy…

    How does pre-order work?

    For items we have in stock, we ship very quickly.

    However, we also offer our customers the option to place a pre-order.

    Thanks to our pre-order option for sizes that are currently sold out, you can still order your favorite items. This way, you can reserve your favorite size without missing out on anything.

    Pre-order: how does it work?

    • Size not available? No worries — you can simply pre-order using the pre-order button.
    • Guaranteed delivery: We will ship your item within a maximum of 45 days after payment. Often sooner.
    • Always up-to-date: You will receive interim updates and be notified when there is movement in your order.

    Once your pre-order has left our warehouse, you will immediately receive a shipping confirmation and can track your order via a tracking link.

    Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

    As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your order such as the products ordered, the price, the quantities, the delivery address, etc. You can, of course, also consult all these details later via your account.

    Sometimes this confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. If you do not receive our confirmation email shortly after your order, please check your spam folder. If this is the case, you should add info@mycomfort24.be to your address book or safe senders list.

    Can I cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel your order shortly after placing it, you can do so. In your account, you can see if your order still has the status 'pending' or 'in process'. If this is the case, your order has not yet been shipped. In that case, please send an email directly to emma@mycomfort24.be with a request to cancel your order. We will arrange the refund.

    If you don't have an account, you should also send an email to emma@mycomfort24.be. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will arrange the cancellation and refund.

    CONTEST RULES – Win an underwear set worth €29.95

    Article 1 – Organization
    This contest is organized by IntiMates BV, with registered office at Jean Jacminstraat 176, 1500 Halle, Belgium, registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under VAT number BE1013.151.538 (hereinafter "the Organizer").

    Article 2 – Conditions of Participation
    Participation in the contest is open to any natural person aged 18 or over, residing in Belgium.
    Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

    Participation is completely free of charge and without obligation to purchase.

    Article 3 – Contest Procedure
    The contest runs from April 15, 2026, until April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

    You can participate via Instagram or Facebook by:

    • Leaving a comment under the contest post
    • Tagging at least one friend in the comment

    Multiple entries are allowed per person, provided that each entry includes a different tagged person.

    Article 4 – Selection of Winners
    A total of 10 winners will be designated.

    Winners will be randomly selected via a digital draw using software (such as "Turning Wheel") from all valid entries.

    Article 5 – Prize

    With this voucher, the winner can choose between:
