MyComfort24 is the renewed webshop of MyUnderwear24. This has been the largest Belgian webshop for branded underwear & bodywear for over 15 years.

Let us take you back in time…

• In June 2010, Ilse and Toon, who had worked for Colruyt Group for many years, started a unique webshop with underwear & more, called MyUnderwear24. Thanks to an optimal range of underwear, nightwear, socks, and swimwear from top brands, the first orders quickly came in. Soon, the first underwear items were sent from the garage and the children's playroom to new customers.
• In 2013, the garage, which had become too small, was exchanged for a rented house in the Pajottenland countryside. Karleen started as the first employee to assist customers and prepare orders.
• However, Belgium was not yet entirely ready for true e-commerce, but Toon kept believing in it. In 2015, he sought and found a new partner in Colruyt Group to further develop MyUnderwear24. This participation aligned with the group's ambition to respond to consumer needs at all stages of life with appropriate store formats.
• Belgian consumers gradually found their way to the internet for their purchases. In 2016, another move followed. This time to a rented house with a small warehouse. Too cold in winter and too hot in summer, but they continued full steam ahead. Carlos started as the first marketer. In the following years, Barbara, Jens, Valerie, and Veronique joined, and MyUnderwear24 grew into the largest Belgian webshop for underwear and more.
• Another move became necessary. This time to a completely renovated building and warehouse on a Colruyt site. Dylan, Sarah, and Zaja came on board. This ensured that all customers could continue to enjoy optimal service. 
• In the autumn of 2020, Collishop stopped selling non-food items through their webshop. MyUnderwear24, as part of Colruyt Group, took over the range of bed linen and bath textiles  from Collishop.
• MyUnderwear24 then became MyComfort24, a name that better suited the new offering. The expansion of the product range, with new categories and a new brand name, naturally called for a fresh look. Two new colleagues - Kenny and Stéphanie - joined the team.
• In October 2020, MyComfort24 launched a new webshop with an even wider range, where customers can shop online 24/7 in complete comfort.
• With the baseline ‘Bed. Bath. Underwear. Always good.’ MyComfort24 became the online specialist in underwear, nightwear, homewear, swimwear, socks, tights, bed linen, and bath textiles.
• In October 2024, employees of Ticom NV took over the MyComfort24 brand from the Colruyt Group and revitalized the webshop. Eand that with the same brands, values, and standards we have always stood for. Our focus is now solely on our core business, namely underwear. As before, we selected quality brands and articles that we fully support. We can now enthusiastically announce that our webshop will continue to exist and is making a new start thanks to some employees who seized this opportunity with both hands.
